  • When do I need to book in my trial?
I usually suggest having your trial 2-4 months before your wedding date, around the time of your dress fittings. But if you'd like to have it sooner, that's no problem! I try my best to accommodate your preferred dates, but please note wedding season is almost the whole year now so my weekends are extremely busy and booked up with weddings, therefore I have to do most trials in the week. Please allow 2.5 hours for your hair OR makeup trial. Allow 4 Hours for your hair AND makeup trial.
  • How long does the trial usually last?
I love to spend time getting to know you, your style and exactly what you're wanting for your dream bridal look. We can explore 2 different looks within your trial time. I have researched, tried and tested the best products on the market to create the most current and desired looks to last you all day long. • Can I have a trial before paying for my deposit?
Yes, I'm more than happy to accommodate this for you. We would have to do your trial within 6 weeks of your enquiry in order for me to hold the date. Trial payment would be taken upfront upon making the trial booking. The deposit for your wedding will be taken on the day of your trial in order to secure your wedding date. Trials are available Mon-Fri and take place in my home studio in High Wycombe.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
I do hope that this is never the case for any of my brides, however I know that things do happen and sometimes dates need to be cancelled. Unfortunately all deposits are non-refundable. The cancellation policy for any of our wedding day services is in place for the following time frames: Up to 3 months before your wedding date - no charge. Within 3 months of your wedding date, full balance payment is chargeable. The reason we still have to take full payment within 3 months of a wedding date is purely due to the fact that during the busier wedding season we turn other weddings down once a date is confirmed and a deposit received. Dates are confimed well in advance so this means we are unable to replace your date within such a short time frame. If you are booking an assitant, there may not be a deduction in costs if you were to amend your bridal party numbers once your booking is secured.
